Who We Are

Elite Instinct is a modern dojo located in Davis, California. We offer Mixed Martial Arts, Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Cardio Conditioning. Students of all ages, degrees of experience and states of fitness are welcome. Respect and care for the safety of others is strictly enforced and comraderie is always encouraged. WhY WE DO IT

Today, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai are two of the fastest growing and most advanced forms of martial arts in the world. Not only do we teach self-defense and self-respect, but we promote learning, growth, overall fitness, and friendship. For those who have never participated in a martial arts program, Elite Instinct offers unique ways for children and adults to gain coordination, flexibility, agility, and more. For students who are more experienced, we regularly participate in the most highly regarded competitions and we hate to lose!
